I do not provide litigation services, but can refer you to arborist consultants who do.

Discuss trees early in the design process to navigate your city’s expectations and minimize impact on your trees. I can determine if specific trees are better suited for removal because they are in poor shape and/or sensitive to construction impacts, which saves you time in designing around them.

As site conditions change, so do tree protection needs. I can provide a tree protection plan and guidance during the construction process.
